A starting point may be to see how SQL Server memory min. The application was unable to start correctly (0x0000005). Since the .Net upgrade MapInfo will not start.

Click 'Next' to accept the default (make changes to this computer). The next step will show each of the "zones" (My Computer, Local Intranet, etc.). Check what trust level is the 'My Computer zone'? Check what trust level is the 'Local Intranet zone'? If either zone is less than "Full Trust", then set it to 'full trust' and try starting the application again. Note: Before installing MIPRO if possible delete the MIPro user profile folders (or just the XML files inside of them) and then do the fresh installation.
