Not really - you probably need to replace the hard drive. Sometimes, the connection to the HDD gets loose -- removing it and putting it back in (push it into the slot firmly to make sure) can fix this issue instantly. The disk for the drivers and utilities can be worked around with internet access by going to Dell.com > Technical Support (after you install the operating system) and letting the website scan your computer to get a hardware profile and sort out the drivers & utilities for your operating system.
