I got an IPS update V7.1.1.18, Set version 20150220.001. The file "FastIPLib.dll" is associated with this program. Ergo, something Norton did is breaking my IE11. Running NIS on Windows 7 Pro 64-bit with IE11 (latest updated). Actually there is a fix, use another browser.
