The permissions on inetpub folder only gave IIS_IUSER read access to folder, changed to 'modify' access and everything works now, logs started writing again and sites are all working. - I've double checked that Keep-Alives are enabled and I've tried enabling and disabling Kernel mode authentication in IIS.
- AppCmd.exe list sites -- My site was listed in it State: started Able to ping Localhost I was unable to "pingwww.mywebsite.com" and even "telnet localhost 80" was not connecting......
