  • This has been mentioned before, but if you get the error "This app can't run on this PC", it is because you ran the "vpnclient_setup.exe" file, when you need to run the "vpnclient_setup.msi" (at step 2), perhaps the instructions should be updated to make this clear November 8, 2015 at 7:41 PM Anonymous said...

June 9, 2015 mostafa Error 27850 Unable to Manage Networking Component While Installing Cisco VPN Client in windows 10 up method not work in windows 10 pleas help July 1, 2015 mostafa Dear Zaki!

When they install their products on your systems, they will often contain DNE. Generally these are caused by bugs in other products or drivers. Oddly enough, on my Win8.1->Win10 upgraded PC it worked fine (MSI+registry).Only on these Win10 fresh installs it's happening, and nothing shows on the logs. Dne Update Software Now connected.

This was a great help and works fine. BUILD 1511 EDIT: Updated 1/20/2016 I'm getting a lot of feedback about networking being broken after 1511. Steps (4 total) 1 Ensure you are using the lastest version of Cisco VPN Client At the time, the most recent version is, You will need to have an active account with Cisco to get this - This may not be required, but I did not try with earlier versions. 2 Pre-Install the DNE software The issue seems to be with Cisco's installer not being able to make the required changes to fully add the DNE driver to the system. Check This Out Installed SonicWall, then the Cisco VPN and imported pcf file - did not work.

Thanks for the 1511 update... How did you do it successful on Windows 10 , Please tell us , thanks a lot !! No more incompatibility errors. Using this method you can now get some more use out of the Cisco VPN client.
