Uninstall any previous version of Cisco VPN client that you may have installed Reboot Download the Citrix DNE Update and install it. Install took less than a min and it imported cisco .pcf config file. I did the rollback to Windows 8, uninstalled the Cisco VPN and updated again to Windows 10.
