Problem is - you can't run IE9 on Windows XP.I've read that the solution to this problem is to uninstall Windows SP3, upgrade to IE8, and then re-install Windows SP3. Yes, I loved some of the features, but I spent more time trying to work around the glitches than I did using any of the features. Having said all of that, I am going to assume that you actually want to use the silly IE 8 (or whatever the newest version happens to be by the time you read this).
